Bandasy Non-Disclosure Agreement
Privacy, data leaks and data theft are a serious thing. We protect your data, we protect your interests and we respect you, as a team member, person and as a valuable public persona – we kindly ask you extend the same courtesy when handling our sensitive data and when cooperating with ”Bandasy”.
I, the undersigned, agree to follow all below mentioned rules, laws and guidace regarding data protection & data received directly or indirectly by cooperating with Amkg Group d.o.o., the legal owner and representative of the ”Bandasy” brand.
I agree and vouche NOT TO distribute, withold, share, sell or use for personal matters, any info obtained by cooperating with Amkg Group d.o.o./”Bandasy”. This is binding to but not limited to:
- Sharing data received; with any 3. party person or company/organisation, for external use or for use that would harm ''Bandasy'' and it's public apperance, growth, acceptance, sales etc.
- I vauche to distribute only data received from ''Bandasy'' representatives or employees for purposes of: branding, promotion & public presentation or consulting
- I agree not to discuss or distribute any info to outside/3.party members regarding: company structure, pricing, marketing, distibution, production, emloyee data, upcoming events or any other data received, by cooperating with ''Bandasy''
- I agree that my position within the company/brand is important and will do my absolute best, not to produce any harm, directly or indirectly to the company, brand, other companies, brand members, employees & it's projects
- I vouche not to use data received from cooperating with ''Bandasy'' to: propel or assist, the companies/brands competitors growth
- I agree to distribute all data received for approved purposes only. Same only by respectfully and without harm to any other person/organisation
- I agree not to claim any data, promotion material or any other content generated by cooperation with ''Bandasy''
- Upon agreeing to cooperation with ''Bandasy''/Amkg Group d.o.o (written, agreed verbaly or by social media) i agree to honor all points of the agreement. If not, i acknowlage that legal steps will be taken to reimburse ''Bandasy''/Amkg Group d.o.o. in full + extra costs occured due to my choice not to honor the agreement
